ENTRY OPPORTUNITIES CAREER PATH

Depending on your interests and qualifications, DataClue offers various entry opportunities and career paths. In general, we distinguish between the following two areas:

DEVELOPMENT (IT FOCUS)

As an expert in the fields of Data Science, Data Integration, Data Modeling, Artificial Intelligence and Business Intelligence (focus on Microsoft Power BI), you will develop the necessary infrastructure for our customized solutions.

CONSULTANCY (BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION & INFORMATION SYSTEMS):

You act as a link between customers and developers and coordinate the interdisciplinary team to create intelligent and also implementable Business Intelligence solutions from both a development and business perspective. This requires both a very good understanding of economic interrelationships and a basic understanding of development opportunities.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

  • STEP 1 – SENDING YOUR APPLICATION
    Please send us your completed application documents including your CV, employer reference, diploma, and, if applicable, a letter of motivation by email to career@dataclue.bi
  • STEP 2 – GETTING TO KNOW EACH OTHER – INTERVIEW VIA VIDEO CALL
    Duration: 30 minutes
    If your profile meets our requirements and we believe that you would be a good match for us, we will invite you to get to know us with a video call lasting about 30 minutes.
  • STEP 3 – SKILL CHECK (OPTIONAL)
    If we have developed a positive impression of you during the video call, but would like to find out more about your skills (e.g. in Microsoft Power BI), then you will receive a test task from us as a skill check. You may complete this task at home within a specified time frame and then send us your response by email.
  • STEP 4 – PERSONAL INTERVIEW
    Duration: 2-3 hours
    If you have made a good impression in all previous steps, we will invite you to a personal interview at our office. In addition to getting to know each other personally, 2-3 case interviews will be conducted here. The aim is to simulate real project challenges and to find out what your approaches to the solution would be and how you would present them to a client.
  • STEP 5 – TRIAL DAY (OPTIONAL)
    Duration: 1 day
    If you have successfully passed the personal interviews, we will invite you to a trial day in our office. You will have the opportunity to get to know our team and the project work under real circumstances. Providing both parties develop a positive impression of each other by the end of the day, then we will welcome you to our team!
